Because of that, its important you are crystal clear on each of the 7 steps I use to make the home buying process as easy and painless as possible. By the end of our search, together we will find your new dream home.

Face to Face Meeting

My initial Buyer Consultation is used to streamline and focus your search by showing you exactly how to properly vet properties online before we ever step foot into a home. This will ensure that we are efficiently looking at homes that check off the boxes of only what you’re looking for.

Obtain True Pre-Approval

Whatever lender you use, a true pre-approval can only be issued after they have reviewed your income and asset docs so you can confidently determine your buying price range – before you step foot into any home. This is a vital step in the home buying process!

Laser Focused Search

The fact is almost 100% of buyers are searching for homes online before ever talking to a realtor. Think that changes after hiring one? Of course not! And that’s OK because while I’m emailing you listings that match only your search criteria, whatever properties you find online that may not be listed, email or text me them and I’ll do the due diligence to ensure it’s marketable and fits your criteria. Collaboration and working together is the key to success!

Schedule Showings

Because we have used laser focused search criteria, the homes you decided you want to see are ones that check off most of your boxes. As such, when you find “the one”, we move on to step number 5 because we are prepared.

Write a Winning Offer

This may be one of the most important steps. Why? Because in this highly competitive – low inventory market, there is a definite strategy that must be employed if you are to get your offer accepted which is priority number one! This is also probably the most frustrating part of buying a new home today which is why you need an expert helping you every step of the way if you are to end up with the home you both want and deserve.

And because in our first meeting you were crystal clear on the home buying process, you now know the journey is just beginning. Time for inspections, loan underwriting, appraisal and title commitment which are fraught with potential pitfalls. During this process is where my past clients have come to appreciate my transactional experience of having closed more than 700 real estate transactions since 2001. You will too!

Final Walk-Thru & Closing

The day you hoped and prayed for is here but just a little more work to do. Walk-thru the property one more time to make sure it’s exactly as we remember and then to closing where nothing will be a surprise. Why? Because I would have gone over every single item before closing and now it’s just a matter of putting pen to paper! Congratulations on your new home!
