The first time we met Lou, he explained he was the anti-realtor and at first, we didn’t know what that meant. This Guy is Different Than Any Other Realtor!
First, let me begin by saying I am an investor and a licensed Realtor. In looking for properties, I found one of Lou’s listings. The way he marketed the listing, to the photos, to his voicemail, I knew I was dealing with a competent professional. When we met at the property, Lou informed me there were 20 plus showings on the same day and in fact, I arrived to the property early to see two realtors come and go with their clients.
When I let him know I was a licensed Realtor and he could keep the other side of the commission if he helped get my offer approved as my buyers agent, he informed me he never double ends commissions and that by letting him represent me, that other 3% would stay in the sellers pockets.
I am a person who believes in reciprocity and Karma and when he told me that, I knew I was working with a person who thinks of others! As a Realtor, I don’t know of any other realtor who does this. Of course, it helped that I was an all cash buyer. We drove to his office, wrote the offer up, he asked me for a $10,000 dollar deposit and we were off and running.
By that evening he notified me that his sellers were ecstatic about my offer and the fact that they would be netting another $5,400 dollars from the sale of their home. He thanked me for allowing this to happen. He worked diligently with me providing me all HOA Docs and applications and even fiercely tackling a title issue so that I would have clear and marketable title.
This guy is different than any other realtor I have come across and I highly recommend him as both a person, and as a competent, trustworthy real estate professional that he has shown himself to be!

You Are The Best!!!
I’ve known Lou Rodriguez for a while and at our Listing Appointment, he showed up with a fully executed sales contract to sell my home to a cash buyer at full market value before I even signed the listing agreement! Who does this?
3 days later we found a house in Boca West that we really liked. As we were pulling out from the showing Lou asked us if we thought we could see ourselves living in that house while raising our family. When we said yes and that we wanted to buy it he told us we were going right back to the property and let the seller know we were putting in a full price offer with no contingencies.
We spent the next 25 minutes building so much rapport with the seller that we exchanged numbers. When we were leaving for the second time she said she wanted us to have the house.
From start to finish, both transactions closed in 45 days which sounds great unless you knew the fires that had to be put out from inspections, to appraisals, all the way to the closing! Not to mention Lou had to manage a less than cooperative listing agent every step of the way!

I Couldn’t Imagine Ever Working With Anyone Else Again
I live in Patchogue NY but my home that I was renting and selling was in Lake Worth. During a conference call Mr. Rodriguez and I went over a detailed market analysis he previously emailed me of my property which I have to imagine wasn’t easy for him since my banker and my brother were on the call as well with many questions for him to answer.
He answered every single one professionally and patiently until we were all on the same page as far as the value of the home and what I should price it at. When I told him let’s go ahead and list it he asked me if 30 days was enough time to close at which point I said yes.
What he told me next blew my mind; he already had a contract to purchase for full market value from a cash buyer with a $10,000 dollar deposit. I have to admit I was skeptical at first but not only did he handle everything from his end in florida, but he kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process.
I thought I had to get on a plane and fly to florida for a closing. Instead Mr. Rodriguez handled everything through his title company all the way through the closing and then wired me my funds. I’m still in disbelief how easy the entire process went.
Did I mention there was a tenant with 2 months left on her lease? Yes he handled that as well. I couldn’t imagine ever working with anyone else again.
